Hannaford dietician Mary Lavanway is here with healthy ideas for Labor Day.Tangerine Butter Lettuce Salad with Feta VinaigretteServings: 4Ingredients:1 bag Fresh Express® Sweet Butter™ lettuce mix5 tangerines, seedless variety, peeled and sectioned1/2 cup dried cranberries1/3 cup toasted or candied pecan pieces1/2 cup jicama, peeled and dicedOptional add-ins: thinly sliced red onion, sliced celeryFeta Vinaigrette (recipe below)Directions:Place the butter lettuce, tangerines, cranberries, pecans and jicama into a salad bowl.If desired, add red onion and celery.
