A Rockland Woman Pleaded Guilty to a Bank Fraud Charge. 

A Rockland woman pleaded guilty to a bank fraud charge.44-year-old Shauna Quinn worked at Rockland Savings Bank as a collections manager between July of 2008 and June of 2011.She was accused of creating home equity lines of credit in the names of her family members, then withdrawing more than $400,000 dollars from those loans.Quinn faces a sentence of up to 30 years in prison.
