Updated: Game Wardens Searching for Missing Woman 

Maine game wardens are asking for your help finding a missing Tennessee woman. 66-year-old Geraldine “Gerry” Largay was last seen Sunday along the Appalachian Trail near Sandy River Plantation.She planned to meet her husband the following day in Wyman Township. She never arrived at the meeting place but did text her husband at 7:15 am that morning.Late Thursday night, wardens say they heard a report of an employee of the Stratton Motel receiving a call from a female hiker.The caller says she was travelling south on the Appalachian Trail and had spent Tuesday night on the trail with Largay.Largay is 5’5″, weighs 115 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.She was last seen wearing a black pullover shirt, tan pants, a blue hat, and a black & green backpack.
