Brewer High School’s $5.4 Million Renovation Project Underway 

Students are about half way through their summer vacation but when kids in Brewer head back to class, the building will have a new look.Construction begins this week on the $5.4 million project at Brewer High School.The renovation will include a 100-seat lecture hall, cafeteria expansion and a new front facade.The project also includes a new entrance and exit to Acme Road.WBRC Architects and the Penobscot Company of Rockport are working on the renovation.Officials tell TV5 the construction should be completed by summer of 2014.
