Someone in Hudson has had enough television. About 20 TV sets were found along the side of Route 221 Monday. The town and the Maine Forrest Service have launched their own investigation into the illegal dumping. They’re examining tire tracks left next to the pile. The non-working sets were packed up and removed. They say they do have some suspects in mind, but don’t understand why someone would leave their trash along the road. “We are careful when we are picking this up to protect any evidence that is on it and we’re going to collect the evidence that is on it and our intention is to hold whoever did this responsible,” said Gary Cook of the Maine Forrest Service. Representatives from the Maine Forrest Service say a fine for illegal dumping like this could cost the culprit about $100 dollars.
