Merril Man Arrested On Methamphetamine Charges

A Merrill man was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine Monday after Houlton Police arrested him on unrelated charges.MDEA agents were tipped off that Michael Boody, 33, was making methamphetamine after receiving a call from his sister, informing agents that Boody had used her car as a meth lab.A search of the car turned up materials used to make methamphetamine.When Houlton police arrested Boody on a failure to appear warrant, he was also charged by the MDEA.Boody is being held at the Aroostook County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.If convicted, he faces up to ten years in prison.
