An Orono man accused of killing a Glenburn teenager has pleaded not guilty to charges of kidnapping and murder. Kyle Dube, 20, entered the plea Wednesday morning. Police say Dube killed Nichole Cable, 15, on Mother’s Day after a kidnapping gone wrong. The medical examiner says Cable died from asphyxia due to compression of the neck. Dube’s attorney wants Dube to undergo a psychological evaluation to determine his competency at the time of the alleged offense.
