Affidavit Released in Connection with the Death of Nichole Cable

Justice Anderson has released the affidavit in connection with the death of 15-year-old Glenburn teen Nichole Cable.The document explains why Kyle Dube was charged in the death of Cable.According to the affidavit, Dube’s girlfriend told police that Kyle said he left Cable in a clearing and had covered her body with branches: that he threw Cable’s clothes out the window as he drove back to pick her up.”Dube’s brother told police that Kyle said he waited in the woods wearing a ski mask: that he had duct tape: he jumped out of the bushes and took Nichole, duct taped her and put Nichole in his father’s pick-up truck. His brother also said that Kyle intended to kidnap Nichole and hide her only to later find her and be the hero.The document does not give any information about how Cable died.
