Dube Appears in Court in Nichole Cable’s Death 

A Maine man charged in the death of a 15-year-old girl whose body was found in the woods has made his first court appearance, but he didn’t have anything to say.20-old Kyle Dube, of Orono, showed no emotion when he appeared in a Bangor courtroom Wednesday on a charge of murder in the case of Nichole Cable, of Glenburn.Justice William Anderson ordered a state police affidavit impounded at the request of Dube’s lawyer. A bail hearing will be held later.Nichole’s body was found in Old Town on Monday night, more than a week after she was reported missing. A friend says the high school sophomore had planned to meet with Dube the weekend she vanished.About 40 family members, friends and students appeared at the court hearing.
