Authorities Hold Press Conference On Investigation Of Missing Glenburn Teen

Authorities are still trying to locate 15-year-old Nichole Cable of Glenburn. She was last seen on Route 221 around 9 pm on Sunday night. Her mother, Kristine Willey, “Sunday night, my daughter Nicole want to the driveway, in my drive way, to meet a friend, and it turned out to be something different then what she who she said. It was someone that she didn’t know that she met on Facebook.”Nichole is a student at Old Town High School.Deputies will not say if her disappearance is suspicious or if she is in danger, but they want to hear from anyone who has information about her whereabouts.On Tuesday evening, the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Department held a press conference on the investigation.”Her parents immediately reported this to us once they knew that she was missing. And, the sheriff’s office, responded to that complaint, and we’ve continued to do investigations. We are using outside resources such as internet ad phone capabilities to attempt to locate her.
