Bangor Police Justified in Stun Gun Death 

The Attorney General’s office has ruled that Bangor police officers were justified when subduing a man using a stun gun. That man later died at a Bangor hospital.Philip McCue, 28, was involved in a scuffle with police in September.An officer used a taser to get him under control.The AG ruled that since McCue was difficult to subdue, the officers did not act outside the law.
