OSHA Proposes Big Fine for Gardiner Pipeline Company

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing a $7,600 fine for a Gardiner based pipeline company.OSHA says Everett Prescott Incorporated failed to protect workers from cave-ins with an adequate protection system at an excavation site in Scarborough.Officials say the company was cited for similar violations in 2009.The company declined comment.
