Exeter Man Avoids Trial With Guilty Plea

A man from Exeter accused of burglary struck a deal with prosecutors Monday.Clifford Sprague was charged in connection with a burglary at an A-E Robinson store in Corinth last June.Police say Sprague and three others backed a stolen truck through the front door and took cigarettes and lottery tickets, then set the truck on fire.Monday morning Sprague agreed to plead guilty to all charges against him.He now waits to be sentenced.
