Police: Missing Maryland Man Might be Coming to Maine

Maine State Police say a missing elderly man from Maryland could be heading to Maine. Timothy Fowler, 69, grew up in Portland and has three adult children in Maine.Maine Department of Public Safety Spokesman, Steve McCausland, says Fowler walked away from an adult day care center in Largo, Maryland on April 8th. Fowler has Alzheimer’s, had no money, no driver’s license, and does not own a car. Family members have told police they believe he might have found a way to get to Maine. At one time, Fowler worked at the Brunswick Naval Air Station and the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Fowler is 5’10”, 160 pounds, bald with a long gray beard. He wears glasses and was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, blue jeans, and a black baseball cap. If you have any information, call Maine State Police in Gray at 657-3030.
