Update: Accused Augusta Pharmacy Robber Out of Jail 

A man from Augusta arrested Tuesday morning in connection with robbing a pharmacy there last fall is out on bail. 28-year-old James Rich appeared in federal court Tuesday afternoon. Augusta police say Rich robbed the CVS on Capitol Street in November. Police say he threatened the clerk with a note and got away with drugs. Rich was released on $5,000 unsecured bond. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
