Farmingdale Convenience Store Robbed at Gunpoint 

Police are searching for a woman who robbed a Farmingdale convenience store at gunpoint. Kennebec County Sheriff’s Sgt. Scott Taylor says the suspect entered the Circle K store on Maine Avenue just before 7:30 p.m. Sunday, showed a gun and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash. Police tell the Kennebec Journal, she left the area on foot. The woman was described as white and wearing jeans, a dark jacket and something over her face. Police brought in dog units to look for the woman.
