Update- Victim of Head-On Crash in Palermo Dies 

State police say one of two men critically injured in a head-on collision between a Jeep and a tractor trailer in Palermo Wednesday morning, has died.27-year old Dean Camacho of Waterville passed away at Maine Medical Center in Portland overnight.Authorities say Camacho was a passenger in the vehicle driven by 23-year-old Christian Arsenault of China.Arsenault lost control of the Jeep on North Palermo Road about 5:45 a.m.The Jeep went into the path of the tractor trailer.Police say Arsenault was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown out of the Jeep. Camacho was pinned inside. Arsenault is listed in serious condition, according to a charge nurse at the hospital.State police say it appears speed, not the weather, played a part in the crash.The driver of the tractor trailer was not injured.
