Update: Rockland Woman Accused of Misusing $538k in Bank Money Out of Jail

A woman from Rockland accused of misappropriating more than half-a-million dollars from a bank where she worked is out of jail.44-year-old Shauna Quinn was arrested Friday on a bank fraud charge.She allegedly misused $538,000 at Rockland Savings Bank between 2008 and 2011. Prosecutors say she used her employee privileges to increase lines of credit and make unauthorized loans to family members.Quinn appeared before a federal judge in Portland Monday and was ordered to remain in custody until her detention hearing Tuesday. At the hearing, the judge released her on several conditions, along with a $5,000 unsecured bond.If convicted, Quinn faces up to 30 years in prison.
