Judge Considering Throwing Out Pieces of Evidence in Bingham Pharmacy Robbery Case 

A federal judge is considering a motion to throw out pieces of evidence regarding a pharmacy robbery in Bingham last year.James Stile, 56, of Sangerville was in U.S. District Court in Bangor on Thursday to make that request.He pleaded not guilty last year to robbing the E.W. Moore Pharmacy in September of 2011.Police say he had a gun and forced people onto the floor where he bound their hands. We’re also told police found more than 150 pot plants and drug paraphernalia inside his house.
