Augusta CVS Pharmacy Robber Arrested

Augusta police say they have identified a suspect in connection to a CVS pharmacy robbery on November 17th.Since the crime, they say they’ve followed several leads with the assistance of the Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office and the Gardiner Police Department.31-year-old Daniel Lee Nelson has been charged in connection with the robbery.Police say he has refused to cooperate in the investigation.He is described as transient and was arrested in Gardiner.Nelson is being held at the Kennebec County Jail.It does not appear that he was involved with another robbery at CVS on Capitol Street in Augusta that occurred on November 28th.
