The drummer for Ted Nugent accused of driving drunk in a golf cart around the Bangor Waterfront pleaded guilty Tuesday to OUI. 55-year-old Mick Brown was fined $1,000. He didn’t appear in court in Bangor. Instead, his lawyer entered Brown’s change of plea. In exchange for the guilty plea, three other charges – driving to endanger, theft and assault – were dropped. Ted Nugent performed at a Waterfront concert in July. Police say Brown stole a golf cart used by concert staff and drove recklessly around the Front Street area while several people tried to stop him.
