Maine Law Enforcement Helping out With Hurricane Sandy Relief Effots 

Maine law enforcement officials are heading south to help with security efforts in storm-battered New Jersey.A team of troops and Cumberland County sheriff’s deputies are assisting law enforcement agencies in areas of New Jersey that were affected by Hurricane Sandy.They’ll stay there for the next 8 days. Two of the troopers used to live in Jersey and two of the deputies served in Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina.
