Nicholas Sexton to Return to Maine to Face Triple Murder Charges

One of two men accused of murdering three people in Bangor in August will be in court in Bangor next week. Nicholas Sexton, 31, of Rhode Island, waived his extradition Wednesday morning. Brenda Kielty, a spokeswoman for the Maine Attorney General’s Office, tells TV 5 that Sexton will be brought back to Maine by Bangor police. Sexton will be in court in Bangor on Monday morning. The other man charged, Randall “Money” Daluz, 34, is already in Maine. He pleaded not guilty earlier this month. In August, the bodies of Daniel Borders, Nicolle Lugdon, and Lucas Tuscano were found in a burning car in a parking lot in Target Industrial Circle in Bangor. Police confirmed all three victims had been shot to death, in what they’ve called drug related homicides.
