Man Charged in Triple Homicide Scheduled for Court Next Week
One of two men charged with three counts of Murder and one count of arson in connection to a triple homicide in Bangor will be in court in Massachusetts next week. Nicholas Sexton , 31, was supposed to be in court Wednesday, but the hearing was continued. Sexton is accused of killing Daniel Borders, Nicolle Lugdon, and Lucas Tuscano in August. The three victims were found in a burning car in a parking lot on Target Industrial Circle in Bangor. Police confirmed that all three victims had been shot to death. Sexton is fighting extradition to Maine, which means he’ll remain in Massachusetts until Maine prosecutors can get a Governor’s Warrant to bring him back to Maine. Randall Daluz, 34, of Massachusetts, is also charged with three counts of Murder and one count of Arson. Daluz was arrested in Massachusetts in early October . Daluz is in jail in Bangor.
