Two Arrested in Connection With Bangor Robbery

Bangor Police responded to a reported robbery Thursday afternoon at the corner of Ohio Street and Court Street.Police were told that the suspects got into a white Subaru as the victim of the robbery jumped on top of the car to stop them from leaving.The car accelerated then slammed on the brakes, sending the victim flying.The victim was transported to Eastern Maine Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.The Maine State Police was able to locate and arrest the suspects after finding them at their home in Hermon.The suspects were identified as Brianna Stein, and her husband Maxwell Stein, both 21.Brianna Stein was charged with robbery, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, driving to endanger, and violation of conditions of release.Maxwell Stein was charged with robbery and violation of conditions of release.This isn’t their first run-in with the law. Last month the couple was charged in connection with the theft of 80 thousand dollars worth of jewelry and personal items from a landlord.
