NRA President Supports Summers 

The President of the National Rifle Association stopped by the Maine Army Supply store in Holden on Thursday to show his support for Republican U.S. Senate Candidate, Charlie Summers.David Keen, President of the NRA, and numerous representatives from Maine came together to encourage people to vote Republican on November 6th.Summers says he will protect second amendment rights if he’s sent to Washington. “I’m going to talk about the working people in this state, the people who work with their hands. Farmers, truck drivers, nurses, people who work at Walmart, those are the people I’ve always represented and those are the people I want to represent.”Summers adds that with 20 days until the election, the race is closer than ever.
