Portsmouth police say a vehicle with Colorado plates, found behind a Walmart in Portsmouth, N.H., is not related to the case of a missing girl in that state.Deputy Chief Corey Macdonald said the car belongs to a woman who left her vehicle there since Tuesday because she didn’t have a place to park the car. Her vehicle was spotted in Dexter over the weekend. Police said a woman alerted them to the vehicle after she learned about the Jessica Ridgeway case. Police said the woman thought she saw a girl in the vehicle who resembled Ridgeway but that was not the case.Macdonald explains that the woman doesn’t currently have a permanent home, and said she was cooperative when police found her and notified her that her vehicle was suspected in the high-profiled Jessica Ridgeway case.Police said the vehicle is cleared and will be returned to the owner.Jessica Ridgeway, 10, was reported missing last Friday. Police said a body was found within miles of where she was last seen but have not identified the body yet.
