UMaine Board of Trustees Approves Continuing Freeze of In-State Tuition

The University of Maine System Board of Trustees approved a proposal today to continue to freeze in-state undergraduate tuitition for two additional years. Earlier this year, trustees voted to freeze tuition levels for the current academic year. In order for it to happen, the state would have to keep the system’s funding at its current level of 176 million dollars.
