Husson field hockey playing under the lights tonight, hosting the number two team in the nation in Division Three, Bowdoin College.The Eagles coming in trying to get back to .500 against a strong opponent. Early on, the Polar Bears hanging around the offensive zone and they finally find a gap in the defense. Rachel Kennedy tips in one of her two goals on the night to give Bowdoin a 1-0 lead.The Eagles fighting hard though. Later in the first half, it’s Dexter native Maicee Gustin with a great glove save that keeps the Polar Bears off the scoreboard. Bowdoin does go on to win this one tonight though, 4-0, over Husson.Across campus, the Husson men’s soccer team hosting Colby College tonight.
