Bangor Firefighter Retiring 

A long-time Bangor firefighter is ready to retire.At the end of the month, Assistant Fire Chief Scott Bostock will be retiring after more than 36 years on the job.Bostock joined the Bangor Fire Department in December of 1975. Over the past three decades, he has worked his way up to become one of the station’s leaders.He’s worked with more than 200 employees and has seen changes in every aspect of fire safety, from equipment to protective gear. Bostock says he’s enjoyed the bonds he’s made over the years and is proud of the work he and his co-workers do.
