Orrington Man in Court on Theft Charges Pleads Not Guilty to Previous Charges
An Orrington man accused of stealing two vehicles and leading police on a high speed chase appeared in court Wednesday afternoon. Dylan Colvin, 19, did not enter a plea to the most serious charges because they’re felonies and he has not been indicted by a grand jury. He did plead not guilty Wednesday to burglary and theft charges he was charged with earlier this year. Police say he admitted to being a part of a burglary at the Ye Olde General Store in Carmel in February. He’ll be back in court on those charges in July. He’s being held on $25,000 bail on the most recent charges of theft, OUI and eluding police.
