Some softball from this afternoon, Bangor and Hampden goin’ at it. Scoreboard with a lot of zeros early. Hampden pitcher Ashley Danforth didn’t allow any hits in the first three innings. She gets the strikeout.Bangor pitcher Cordelia Stewart had a no-hitter going too and the first run came in on a wild pitch. Danforth slides in with the first run of the game.Bottom of the 4th inning though, Bangor ties it up and then Carly Cosgrove finding a gap in the infield, a great bunt, bringing in two more runs. First Jody Fahey and then Kristen Hennigen. Stewart would finish with a no-hitter as the Rams win it, 10-1 the final.
