Healthy Kid’s Day at Bangoy Y 

YMCA’s across the nation were promoting health Saturday.The Bangor Y had several physically active things kids could do.They could do wall climbing, a bouncy house or hip hop and break dancing.It was free and for all ages.” Some of the things parents don’t realize is that their kids are not as active as they should be or could be. We’re trying to give parents and guardians the opportunity to see healthy things their kids can do, not only through the school year but also through the summer to carry them from the end of school to the beginning of school,” said Assistant Director of Youth and Family Department, Adriana Hopkins.They also had free healthy snacks and safety lessons too.
