Three Charged in Connection With Copper Thefts 

Three men have been indicted for their involvement in an alleged copper theft from Bangor Hydro.Leslie Mushero and Stephen Ryan were charged with felony theft. Marc Corey was charged with felony receiving stolen property.The two accused thieves, one of whom is a former Bangor Hydro employee, reportedly took the wire from Bangor Hydro inventory. The reported cost to the company was $35,000.Marc Corey owns a scrap metal business and allegedly bought the copper from Mushero and Ryan.The suspects could face fines of up to $5,000 each and up to five years in jail.Bangor Hydro will also says they will seek restitution.
