Bangor Woman Indicted on Murder Charge 

A woman accused of stabbing a man to death in Bangor last month has been indicted by a grand jury in Penobscot County.53-year old Gail Judd is charged with the murder of 47-year old Michael Drouin, who was found dead in an apartment on Court Street.According to a court affidavit, police were responding to a reported theft at the apartment building when Drouin’s body was discovered inside Judd’s apartment.The report says during questioning, Judd told police Drouin was forcing himself on her and she grabbed the knife for protection.The documents say she admitted to cutting him and leaving, but told police she didn’t think he was dead.State prosecutor Andrew Benson says Judd and Drouin had a history.
