A jury in Dover-Foxcroft has found a woman from Brownville guilty of giving marijuana and alcohol to her daughter’s 13-year-old friends.37-year-old Tanya Donnelly was convicted on seven counts Wednesday afternoon, including aggravated furnishing of marijuana, furnishing of alcohol to minors and endangering the welfare of a child.Donnelly took the stand Wednesday, along with her daughter, to deny the charges. But six girls who attended a birthday party last March also testified, saying three of them smoked pot at Donnelly’s house and Donnelly later bought alcohol for them. District Attorney Chris Almy says Donnelly faces a maximum of five years. She remains free on bail. A sentencing date has not been set.
