Husson Men’s Lacrosse Loses Despite Comeback

Some lacrosse on this beautiful Saturday. The Husson men’s team hosting Mount Saint Mary’s at home.The Eagles were down three at the half, but they fly their way back. Late in the 3rd, Kennebunk’s Mike Craig from up top, cuts the Knight lead to 6-4.Then at the start of the 4th, Husson playing with a two-man advantage and Lewiston’s Ben Landry pots one on a low shot to the net. Landry with four goals in the game. He’d score another shortly after to tie the game at 6.A few seconds later, senior Wayne Stubbs bounces one past the goalie to put the Eagles up 7-6. Mount Saint Mary’s would storm back though and they win it, 12-8. But a great effort by Husson, they fall to 3-3.
