Recipe Submitted by: Rick Green, Eastport You’ll need: 1 pound of hickory smoked bacon, cut into 3/4 inch pieces 2 pounds of ground chuckPan fry in deep fry, place bacon on paper towel and pat dry.With a heavy object pound bacon into small pieces. In a medium mixing bowl place chuck sprinkle bacon oyer the top of the chuck. Mix all together.Now with your hands roll chuck and bacon into balls and press to make a patty. Cook ’till all is done. serve and enjoy
