BBQ Baby Back Ribs (Indoor recipe) 

2 Full rack Baby Back Cut RibsRoot beer, beer, wine,BBQ Rub.Place Ribs on a sheet tray and season moderately with bbq rub. Bake in a 400 degreeoven for 15 minutes. Remove ribs from the oven and let cool slightly. Pull out 2 strips oftinfoil 6- inches longer than the ribs. Spray the Foil with Cooking spray. Place 1 ounce ofBBQ SAuce mixed with the liquid of your choice on the foil and place the ribs over it,bone side down. Top the ribs with 2 ounces of the bbq sauce mixture and wrap tightly.Be sure that there are no holes in the tinfoil, if there are, just wrap with another piece offoil. Repeat for the second rack of ribs. Place on a sheet pan and bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/4 hours. When ribs are done. Unwrap, save the liquid for basting. Turn the ovenup to 400 degrees again, bake for 10-15 minutes basting every 5 minutes until the bbqsauce darkens and caramelizes. Tangy Carolina BBQ Sauce Ingredients: 1 cup cider vinegar1 cup ketchup1/3 cup spicy brown mustard½ cup packed brown sugar ½ cup chopped white onions2 tbsp butterDash of Worcestershire sauce ¼ teaspoon chili powderPinch of cayenne pepperSalt to taste Black pepper to taste Instructions: Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil over high heat. Allowsauce to cook at a rolling boil, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes until the sauce is reduced by 1/3.Remove the sauce from the stove and season with salt and pepper.Refrigerate until ready to use.
