Savory Bacon Cupcakes 

Recipe Submitted By: Tim Ward, BangorCorn based cupcake (used corn bread recipe) Chopped scallion (2 bulbs worth) Shredded mozzarella cheese (1/2 cup – handfull) 2 slices of crisp maple slab bacon (your choice of flavor – cook 4-5 slices) Bake at 350 for 25 minutes (golden brown) Frosted with Cream cheese frosting a swirl of cheddar cheese and a chip of the reserved crispy bacon
