State Police at House in Jackson with Person of Interest in Missing Firefighter Case

Updated 3 years ago

State Police are at a house in Jackson where Florida firefighter, Jerry Perdomo, was reportedly last seen. We’re told Daniel Porter, the man police named as a person of interest in the case, is also inside the house. Porter and his girlfriend, Cheyanne Nowak, are the last known people to have seen Perdomo. Nowak is not considered a person of interest, but police did say Monday she is someone they would like to continue to talk to. Perdomo drove from Florida to Maine nearly two weeks ago, reportedly to see a friend. Perdomo’s wife Tonya addressed the media in Florida on Monday, saying her husband went to Maine to help someone, but she didn’t know who. Perdomo disappeared February 16th. The rental car he drove from Florida was found in the Bangor WalMart parking lot. State Police believe foul play is involved in the man’s disappearance. TV 5 has a crew at the scene in Jackson and will bring you more information when it is available.
