Cookin’ With Cathy: New England Seafood Dip

8 oz. cream cheese, softened1/4 cup mayonnaise2 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. lemon juice1/2 tsp. kosher salt1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled & coarsely chopped1 cup crabmeat1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives2 Tbsp. shredded Swiss cheese1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, meltedPreheat oven to 400°F.Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and salt in a large bowl until smooth.Fold in the shrimp, crabmeat, Swiss cheese and chives. Place mixture into a small casserole dish and smooth top. Top with the 2 Tbsp. of shredded Swiss cheese.Toss the breadcrumbs with the melted butter.
