If using chard or bok choy, separate leaves from stems.Heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil in wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.Add garlic clove and red pepper flakes cooking garlic until golden.Remove garlic and add the stems to the wok along with the chicken stock.
