Augusta Man Charged with Criminal Trespassing After Entering Stranger’s Home

An Augusta man is accused of entering a stranger’s home in Randolph last week, falling asleep in a chair, then refusing to leave, despite having a gun pointed at him.John Rastelli, 39, is charged with criminal trespassing and violating conditions of release.State police say he appeared drunk when confronted by a woman and her son, who was armed.They told him to leave, but Rastelli insisted he was in a friend’s house and refused.No one was hurt.Rastelli’s free on bail.
