A federal judge has ordered a man from New York City arrested in connection with a crack cocaine ring in Bangor to remain behind bars until his trial. 27-year-old Manual Trinidad-Acosta is charged with conspiracy to distribute cocaine and possession of a firearm during a drug crime. He was arrested last month after police raided four apartments on Ohio Street and one on Garland Street. A judge in Bangor Tuesday revoked his bail, which was set when he was picked up in New York.Court documents say Trinidad-Acosta and another man, 21-year-old Jacob Garcia, also of New York, were the ring leaders of the operation. Authorities say at least 18-people took part in the drug deals. Four people are facing federal charges.
