Squash Casserole 

This sounds awful, but is really tasty!!! 4 cups cooked mashed squash mix it with 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup 1/2 pt. ( 1 cup) sour cream 1 med size grated onion in separate bowl mix 1 pkg. ( 8 oz.) of pepperidge farm seasoned stuffing 1/2 cup melted butter layer the bottom of a 2 qt. casserole dish with some of the stuffing. then add a layer of the squash mixture, another layer of stuffing. continue with layers and ending with stuffing on top. bake un-covered @ 325 for 30-35 minutes.
