Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes 

8-10 Potatoes of your choice 1/4 cup butter 1 Cup Sour Cream 1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic 6 Slices Thick Cut Bacon 1 Cup French Fried Onions Salt and Pepper to taste Cream if needed Cut Potatoes into chunks. If using thin skinned potatoes, no need to peel. If using thick skinned you need to peel the potatoes first. Add potatoes and Minced garlic to large pot. Cover potatoes with water and boil till fork tender. While potatoes are cooking, cut bacon into pieces and cook till golden brown and set aside. Mash potatoes after drained. Add butter and mash into potatoes. Add your sour cream and ranch and stir into potatoes. If you like your potatoes creamier you can either add more sour cream, regular cream, or milk.
