The BEST Baked Mashed Potatoes 

This dish can be made ahead and refrigerated. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and bake. ïfluffy. Fold in the egg, sour cream, cottage cheese, and onions. Place in 1 ½ qt. baking dish. 2.Combine cracker crumbs with remaining butter: sprinkle over potato mixture.
