Coconut Cream Pie

3 cups half n half2 egg yolks1 half cup sugar1 3rd cup cornstarch1 tsp. vanilla extract1 graham crust. heat all ingredients in pan on stove,wisk and cook 3 minutes.add 2 tbl.butter,1 cup coconut.pour into crust,refrigorate 2 hours. Recipe Submitted by:Wendy Clewley, Glenburn
