St. Agatha Man Dies As Result of Injuries in Early Saturday Morning Accident

A St. agatha man has died from injuries he sustained in a car accident early Saturday morning.State Police responded to the crash on Route 162 in St. Agatha by RF Chamberlain Farms.Authorities say 29-year-old Jared Voisine lost control of his vehicle, skidding off the opposite side of the road into the ditch. They say the vehicle rolled over and he was ejected from the vehicle.Police say Voisine sustained severe head trauma to his head and had several internal injuries.He was transported to Northern Maine General Hospital in Fort Kent and later transferred to Eastern Maine Medical Center, where Voisine later passed away.Authorities say he was not wearing a seatbelt. The crash is still under investigation.
